1983 saw Alice Bush begin her career in real estate. She started out working for a developer, preparing paperwork for closings, lot sales and new construction, which required her to have her real estate broker’s license. It wasn’t long until Alice realized that she had more of an interest in selling and connecting with clients.
Initially, Alice was particularly interested in selling vacant land and new construction. She loved pouring over topographical maps and blueprints to help her clients visualize what they could do with a property. She is excellent at helping people imagine what they could do with an older, outdated house to fit their vision. Alice is now working with Realty Executives Integrity with offices in Whitefish Bay, Cedarburg, Brookfield and Hartland.
Alice conducts business mostly on referrals. That’s something she has the luxury of doing when clients are always happy with her work. She generally sells houses in Whitefish Bay, Cedarburg, Mequon, Thiensville, Grafton, and Germantown, although she has worked with clients near Oak Creek, Menomonee Falls, Brookfield, Oconomowoc, and more cities across Southeastern Wisconsin. A resident of Milwaukee since childhood, Alice is comfortable working in whatever city her client wishes.
At this point in her career Alice still specializes in vacant land, but works with everything except commercial and multi-family properties. Price range isn’t an issue, as she has helped with everything from buyers and sellers with small, starter homes to homes in the million-dollar category. In her free time Alice has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, recruiting friends to help out at home sites, and is an avid volunteer with rescue dogs in high-risk shelters.
